As we sail through life, it seems like there are 101 things that can come up and have the potential to shift us off the course of our inner compass.
What I love about my yoga practice is that it is constantly there to remind me what I need for my inner balance:

---to sink into myself whether in a hatha yoga pose or with my eyes closed on my meditation as an
---and to be grateful for what has been given to me and patient for what has yet to manifest itself.
